Who are we?

With approximately 4000 employees, the care and support office is the municipality's second largest office. Our main mission is to meet the needs for support, care, and assistance for people at different stages of life.

We are also responsible for providing food to preschools, schools, and the care and support office's activities. We work with a user-oriented approach where the work is guided by the needs of the users.

We are now looking for temporary and summer substitutes for our staffing planning unit within the ordinary housing area. We are looking for someone who wants to work as extra staff now, but especially during the summer.

Our main mission is to offer our home care units coordinated, stable, and qualitative support in staffing issues. We are located in centrally located premises!

Your Responsibilities

As a staffing planner with us, you will work in a team where you together are responsible for organizing the daily work and ensuring that the right person is in the right place at the right time.

The work includes everything from receiving and executing cases to detailed planning of services and substitute procurement.

The role involves close collaboration with unit managers, care recipients, relatives, staff, and other functions both internally and externally. Together, you will ensure that the needs of the care recipients are met in the best possible way.

The operation is staffed every day of the week between 06:30 and 17:00.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has completed high school education. If you have additional courses or other post-secondary education that the employer considers relevant for the position, this is an advantage.

Experience in vacancy and substitute management as well as administrative tasks is also a plus.

We view positively if you have experience in planning user services as well as experience in care and support operations or other relevant work experience that the employer deems equivalent.

You are accustomed to handling digital work tools and systems.

As a person, you are service-oriented and attentive to the needs of the operation you support.

You work independently but also enjoy collaborating, which requires initiative and a positive, solution-focused approach.

You are skilled at organizing and prioritizing information and resources effectively.

Since we work in an operation with a varied workflow, we see that you are flexible and can remain calm and make decisions even in high-tempo situations.

To succeed in the role, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
